Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain and grow client relationships by re-engaging inactive clients and ensuring high retention rates.
- Promote sales to existing clients, regularly updating the client list and sharing relevant product information.
- Clearly communicate product benefits and applications to potential and existing clients, addressing their specific needs.
- Promptly address client inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide accurate quotes to prospective clients, tailored to meet their requirements.
- Manage client onboarding, including contract creation, order processing, and sending confirmations.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Requirements and Skills
- 3 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center.
- Experience in retail or B2B product sales.
- Knowledge of the full sales cycle (prospecting, follow-up, closing) is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- You must be bilingual in English and French.
- Completion of high school (Diploma of Secondary Studies – DES) required; post-secondary training in sales, business, or marketing (AEC, DEC) is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English.
- Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
- Comfortable using computer tools and sales software (CRM, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong customer service and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales with tact and professionalism.
- Capacity to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative follow-up (orders, invoices, tracking).
