What You Will Do:
The Store Manager reports directly to the Team Leader. Your role is to supervise the store environment in a way that promotes inclusion and fosters diverse relationships with customers.

You will lead, train, coach, and guide the team to meet the store's sales and profitability objectives. You will also be responsible for recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to different situations, environments, challenges, tasks, and varied working hours is essential to your success.

• Ensure that your store achieves the company's objectives and meets key performance indicators.
• Manage the kiosk's operations effectively by ensuring that tasks are well-distributed (company policies and procedures, loss prevention, payroll, report generation, and schedule preparation).
• Oversee the recruitment, management, development, and training of the best candidates passionate about sales, customer service, and fashion.
• Lead by example when it comes to customer experience and ensure the team provides a shopping experience that builds positive relationships with customers and fosters loyalty.
• Implement marketing strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to shop.
• Establish open and effective communication with the Operations Manager.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or supervision, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet or exceed set objectives through effective merchandising, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize in a very dynamic retail environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally in both French and English.
