Assistant Manager Sales

Fruits & Passion is hiring for the holiday season this year! We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our store at Galeries Joliette.

What You Will Do:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations, from driving sales to ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership skills and passion will inspire and motivate the team to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
The Assistant Manager coaches and mentors the entire team, encouraging growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in building a team of passionate, fashion-focused talent through recruitment and networking.
• Provide continuous training and regular feedback focused on performance to all team members.
• Maximize personal and in-store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a "customer-focused" omnichannel experience.
• Ensure all team members follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist in controlling operational costs by managing payroll and assets.
• Ensure the store’s brand is aligned through impeccable visual merchandising and marketing displays.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in retail management or supervision, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve or exceed set goals through effective merchandising, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and set priorities in a very active retail environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally in both French and English.
