REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Certificate or Diploma of Vocational Studies
(Institutional and Home Care Assistance Program);
• and / or relevant work experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
• Autonomous, flexible and punctual;
• Practical, proactive and attentive to detail;
• Empathetic, calm and patient, compassionate;
• Able to adapt to changing and stressful situations;
• Trustworthy and proving integrity;
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism;
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
LANGUAGE:
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Cree language is an asset.
