Description
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer reporting to the Project Manager, VCC Engineering to help us develop the most innovative vehicles. In this role, you will have a guaranteed impact on the continuous improvement of side-by-side vehicles to impress users who are passionate about our products!
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Develop system components from concept to production.
Collaborate with design, production, purchasing, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering teams, as well as suppliers, throughout the various stages of the product development process.
Participate in establishing performance criteria, develop validation plans for each system, and ensure their execution.
Conduct studies, analyses, and calculations to guide design technicians and project managers in their work, using general and specific technical parameters.
Contribute to the development, design, and testing of various vehicle mechanical systems.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant equivalent.
Good spoken and written communication skills in French and English (the person will be required to speak with suppliers and other collaborators outside the country).
Enthusiasm for the various operating and construction principles of motor vehicle mechanical systems.
Recognized tenacity and efficiency in project management.
Excellent collaborator and valued team player.
