Manager, Engineering Product Performance & Quality

We are looking for a Department Manager, Quality Engineering and Product Performance, to lead the team responsible for improving product quality for our dealers and customers. In this role, you will have a major impact on resolving network issues, the solution deployment strategy, and product development to ensure the best experience for dealers and customers.

 

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead and inspire the PPQ (Product Performance and Quality) team to ensure the excellence of the products you will be responsible for, while promoting their performance within the organization.

  • Collaborate with key teams (Engineering, After-Sales Service, Quality Assurance, Operations) to identify complex technical issues, define priorities, and implement effective action plans.

  • Prioritize strategic projects, allocate the necessary resources, and ensure the professional development of your team.

  • Guide and challenge the engineering team to transform complex issues into innovative and viable solutions, while influencing the product under development.

  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of budgets, timelines, and corrective actions, while guaranteeing the accuracy and effectiveness of deliverables.

  • Promote the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and work methods.

 

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent).

  • Relevant work experience in engineering or within a highly technical environment.      

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a strong interest in team management.

  • Excellent skills in planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects with a results-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.

  • The ability to influence and mobilize multidisciplinary teams.

  • Good understanding of recreational vehicle systems.

  • Strong analytical skills and a keen sense of problem-solving.

  • Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written, which is essential for effective communication, collaboration, and influencing international teams.
