R&D Logistics Project Leader

Are you passionate about logistics and eager to play a key role in developing innovative products? We are looking for a Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Technical Services, to optimize and manage logistics processes in an innovation-focused environment. In this role, you will have a real impact on operations by ensuring smooth and efficient management of logistics flows, directly contributing to the success of product development at BRP.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

 

  • Improve and optimize the transportation process (STR) for shipping prototypes to various test sites, both in the U.S. and internationally.

  • Collaborate with satellite teams to reduce shipping costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

  • Establish and manage the appropriate customs regimes for prototypes, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure compliance and smooth cross-border movements.

  • Define and document new transportation processes, particularly when opening new markets or BRP divisions.

  • Optimize the logistical flow of prototypes, including road, air, sea and other relevant modes, taking into account deadlines, costs and technical requirements.

  • Enhance the management and fluidity of our inbound and outbound transport by collaborating with internal and external partners to streamline operations.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

  • A bachelor's or technical degree in transportation logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or other related fields. 

  • Knowledge of logistics processes in an industrial or R&D environment.

  • An understanding of the vehicle development cycle.

  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written ().

  • In-depth knowledge of the Windows environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP software.

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, priority management, teamwork.

  • Independence, responsiveness, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
