We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Global Talent Management team. Your role will support learning and development (L&D) and talent management initiatives, such as leadership programs, language classes, digital and virtual training, and performance cycles. The Global Talent coordinator offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about talent management and eager to contribute to the growth and development of BRP.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, including room booking, registration, catering, supplies, accommodations, and travel.
- Provide follow-up support to participants, suppliers, and stakeholders by ensuring A1 customer service.
- Assist the team in writing, editing, reviewing, formatting, and producing training materials, emails, invitations, and other communication assets to promote talent management activities and processes.
- Oversee Talent's budget monitoring and manage financial operations (SOW, PO, invoices, payments, forecasts, closings), while preparing the data needed for budget exercises and ensuring administrative accuracy in files.
- Oversee the French language training program, including compliance with MIFI requirements, registrations, participant tracking, production of official reports, and management of agreements with MIFI and the provider.
- Compile and analyze data (KPIs, surveys, feedback) and produce summary reports for the Talent team and HRBPs.
- Manage key platforms (Officevibe, Back-office CK, LMS) and ensure data quality, accuracy, and updates.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- College diploma (DEC) and 3-5 years of experience.
- Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with constant changes.
- Impeccable customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Curiosity and an eagerness to learn.
