Operations & IFS ERP Improvement Manager (Supply Chain / Manufacturing)

We’re partnering with a global manufacturing company recognized for its product excellence and strong digital transformation roadmap.
As part of its ongoing modernization, the team is looking to hire an experienced IFS ERP Specialist to support the continuous improvement of its Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the IFS Cloud ERP (modules: Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Production, Finance).
• Handle daily requests: tickets, access, workflows, reports, configurations.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to optimize business processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and ERP best-practice initiatives.
• Support and train users (coaching, documentation, adoption).
• Ensure data quality and process consistency across key modules.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing ERP, including 2+ years in IFS Cloud (or IFS Applications 9/10).
• Strong understanding of make-to-order manufacturing, supply chain, and production workflows.
• Ability to perform light configuration (workflows, roles, reports).
• Comfortable bridging IT and business functions; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with another ERP (Oracle, Dynamics 365, SAP, Infor, Epicor) is a valuable asset.
• Professional English required; French or Spanish an asset.
