Role:

The Customer Service Representative supports their team and reports to the Account Manager. The successful candidate, fully bilingual, will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring order accuracy and meeting promised delivery timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to customers (Quebec, Canada, and the United States).

  • Monitor orders (required dates/production/shipping/delivery) with all relevant stakeholders.

  • Communicate with customers by phone or email to answer questions.

  • Enter customer orders and verify inventory availability as needed.

  • Confirm pricing with the appropriate departments (costing, sales, and finance).

  • Work closely with the entire team to handle and respond effectively to requests and urgent situations.

  • Follow up with the production, shipping, and accounting departments as required.

  • Communicate customer requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

  • Prepare and maintain weekly sales reports.

  • Prepare and send price lists by shift, by customer, and by product.

  • Attend production meetings.

  • Follow up on credit requests.

Requested skills

  • High school diploma ;

  • Experience in customer service ;

  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written ;

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ease working in a computerized environment ;
