Role:
The Program Manager is responsible for the full management of customer projects within the Defense division, from initiation through to final delivery. This role oversees costs, schedules, and technical performance, ensuring both customer satisfaction and program profitability.

Your responsibilities:

Manage all activities related to customer programs, including cost, schedule, technical requirements, and quality.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and customers to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Define program parameters or support internal research and development initiatives.

Oversee the preparation of proposals, business plans, statements of work, budgets, and contractual terms.

Ensure required resources (engineering, production, facilities) are available and effectively mobilized.

Work closely with the supply chain, operations, and quality teams to achieve performance objectives (cost, schedule, quality).

As a member of the Program Management team, contribute to achieving the company’s quarterly goals (orders, revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow).
