Full-time employees:Full-time RPA employees are entitled to 6 sick days per year and 2 personal days.Part-time employees:Part-time RPA employees are entitled to 2 sick days per year.

External training sessions that have been pre-approved by the Executive Director or Health Services Director will be reimbursed.
Schedules are posted in six-week increments to afford employees sufficient time to plan accordingly.

RPA-RI employees are entitled to 3 weeks of vacation after one year of service.
