Currently experiencing strong growth, we are looking for a solution integrator.

Duties:

Under the responsibility of the Chief Customer Officer, the Integrator assists and supports the Project Managers in implementing DSD and SFA mobile solutions.

The integrator also supports the customers for level 2 requests in accordance with service level agreements.

The ability to analyze business situations involving numerous factors, the capacity to diagnose and solve problems, excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to write technical texts and to make oneself well understood, as well as the sense of organization and teamwork are key for this position.

The application of CIS Group’s project management methods is essential to fulfilling the main responsibilities of this job.

Specific activities:

In view of the activities the Project Manager or Chief Customer Officer may assign, the integrator may have to take part in, or take charge of:

  • Variance assessment
  • Elaboration of detailed functional specifications
  • Configuration, testing and simulations
  • Installation and training
  • Documentation
  • Support after go-live

Informs the Project Manager of the progress of work entrusted to her/him, and promptly informs the Project Manager or Chief Customer Officer of any problem that can entail delays and/or time overruns.

Keeps abreast of new developments in the products to properly master them

Takes charge of collecting requirements, validating the analysis, testing, and installing, for simpler Modification Requests.

Provides level 2 support to CIS customers:

  • Investigation of the cases submitted, communication with internal development teams if necessary, communication with the customers to keep them informed of the progress of resolution, installation of the revised versions;
  • In accordance with CIS service level agreements

Requested skills

Competency requirements:

Five years experience in a similar role

Experience in the field of mobile software solutions is an asset

Intermediate level of knowledge of SQL and SQLite databases, and Management Studio (advanced knowledge is an asset)

Intermediate level of knowledge of XML language (advanced knowledge is an asset), knowledge of Windows Server environments

Knowledge of Windows Mobile, iOS, and Android operating systems

Bilingual – English and French, oral and written

Autonomy and sense of responsibility

Proactive

High degree of conscientiousness

Great capacity to listen, synthesize and popularize

Structured working method

 

Optional competencies considered:

Mastery of DAX and PowerBI

Knowledge of Azure environments

Knowledge of different ERP systems

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor in Computer Science an asset
