Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Manager, Material Resources, Infrastructure and Projects, the Coordinator, Material Resources and Infrastructure is responsible for coordinating all requests addressed to the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and coordinate requests addressed to the department
- Follow up with various requestors
- Manage inventory in different warehouses and clinic assets
- Receive, verify, and code various invoices
- Create supplier lists and handle service calls
- Receive and analyze quotes
- Manage expense accounts for daily staff
- Support clinics according to their various needs
- Assist the department manager with various projects
- Support colleagues in the department with various tasks

- Ensure that legislation related to departmental projects is respected and applied

Education, Qualifications, and Requirements
- Strong command of the French language (spoken and written) and comfortable communicating occasionally in English (spoken and written).
Preferred
- Experience and knowledge of the dental field (important asset).
- Two (2) years of experience in an administrative role (asset).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Customer service skills.
- Rigour and problem-solving abilities.
- Good judgment.
