Project & Facilities Manager – Province of Quebec
Location: Brossard, QC

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of dental clinic construction and renovation projects across the province of Quebec. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction project management, with preference given to those with experience in medical or dental environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction or renovation projects simultaneously, from design to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, design, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage tenders and contract negotiations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to timelines, costs, or quality.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the Facilities & Materials Management team and manage requests from clinics.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally in a commercial or medical setting.
  • Degree in project management or equivalent proven experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices in construction site management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the province as needed, depending on project locations.
  • Knowledge of the dental or medical sector is an asset.
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
