Manager of Logistics and Patient Flow – Community Hospital

JOB SUMMARY :

Reporting directly to the Director of Logistics and Patient Flow for the zone, the incumbent is responsible for the local management of all of the facility’s daily operations.

Working in collaboration with the medical director and/or sector managers, the incumbent mobilizes key stakeholders and acts as a liaison with the Network’s Leadership Team. They support department managers by performing administrative tasks and collaborate with a group of managers to ensure that all non‑clinical tasks are carried out.

The incumbent also acts as Vitalité Health Network's representative with community partners and reports directly to the President and CEO for community coordination and representation, while maintaining functional relationships with all Leadership Team vice-presidents.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Undergraduate degree in health, administration or management;
  • Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, or health services management considered an asset;
  • Minimum of two years’ professional experience relevant to the position and/or in health services management;
  • Excellent knowledge of the hospital system, its administration and its legal framework;
  • Ability to work using a results-driven approach;
