JOB SUMMARY:

Relevant du vice-président adjoint à la logistique clinique, le directeur principal est responsable de la gestion intégrée des soins intensifs, des soins intermédiaires, des services d’urgence et du programme Cœur en santé à l’échelle du Réseau. Il veille à la qualité, à la performance et à la continuité des services dans ces secteurs critiques, en assurant l’harmonisation des pratiques, l’optimisation des ressources et la fluidité des trajectoires de soins. Il exerce un leadership mobilisateur auprès des équipes cliniques et interdisciplinaires, soutient l’innovation et collabore avec les partenaires internes et externes afin d’assurer une offre de soins sécuritaire, efficace et centrée sur le patient.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate degree in health, administration or management;
  • Master’s degree (in business administration, public administration, or health services management) considered an asset;
  • Eight to ten years of professional experience relevant to the position or in health services management;
  • Excellent knowledge of the hospital system, its administration and its legal framework;
  • Experience in project management and multidisciplinary leadership;
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards results-oriented objectives;
  • Strong listening, intervention, and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Versatility, adaptability and responsiveness;
  • Solid change management skills;
  • Dynamic and innovative approach;
  • Motivational leadership and ability to inspire engagement and commitment;
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and outside field of expertise;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
