Position Summary:
Reporting to the ICR Scientific Director and Assistant Director, the Events and Projects Lead plays a key role in planning and delivering the Institute’s workshops, meetings, and national events that support collaboration and advance cancer research across Canada. The role coordinates all aspects of event delivery - from logistics and communications to budgeting, purchasing, and travel expense processing -ensuring activities are executed efficiently and to a high standard.

This position requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while demonstrating sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
