Working in an Agile setting with Sales, Marketing Operations, Business Planning, and agency partners, the Digital Marketing Manager builds full‑funnel programs that drive measurable subscriber growth. The role combines deep expertise in performance marketing, ad tech, and data‑driven experimentation with strong cross‑functional leadership to maximize the efficiency and impact of Xplore’s customer acquisition efforts. This position is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and central to Xplore’s market expansion, especially as we scale and optimize digital’s share of acquisition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and manage digital acquisition programs, across paid search, social, display, and retargeting.
  • Own landing page strategy and conversion optimization.
  • Implement tracking to support regular analysis of key performance metrics.
  • Partner with flow cross-functional teams and our media agency on new strategies to increase ad engagement and lead generation.
  • Build segmented, personalized lead‑nurture journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
  • Create cross‑channel workflows that synchronize to accelerate conversion.
  • Create a lead scoring model to discern ROI and influence strategy prioritization.
  • Establish a structured testing and optimization roadmap, translating performance insights into continuous improvements.
  •  Manage tracking pixels, UTMs, tagging, analytics.
  •  Maintain dashboards and reporting.
  •  Refine attribution models.
  •  Ensure data/privacy compliance.
  • Own KPIs tied to overall lead volume and CAC.
  • Analyze cross-platform performance and optimize routinely
  • Deliver insights and recommendations
  • Build forecasting models

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • B.A. in Business, Commerce or Marketing
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies; agency experience an asset
  • 5+ years in acquisition‑focused digital marketing.
  • Hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.
  • A strong understanding of ad tech platforms.
  • Experience managing high‑budget performance customer growth campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • History operating in an Agile delivery environment is an asset.
  • Telecom or subscription experience is a plus.
