Position Summary:
The Clinical Research Manager will play a pivotal leadership role within the newly established Peter Gilgan Centre for Early Cancer Detection Research at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, supporting one of the most ambitious early cancer detection research initiatives globally. This transformative program brings together world-leading scientists, clinicians, and data scientists to develop and validate technologies for early cancer detection and molecular residual disease (MRD) monitoring, with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes through earlier diagnosis and intervention.

Reporting to Principal Investigator(s), the Clinical Research Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operational management of a diverse portfolio of clinical and translational research studies. The role requires close collaboration with investigators across disease sites, other program managers, laboratory teams, industry partners, and institutional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of clinical and discovery research. The successful candidate will provide strategic and hands-on leadership to a growing team of clinical research professionals, ensuring resourcing, training, performance oversight, and continuous process improvement as the program rapidly expands.
