Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Relations Representative to join their dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure high-quality customer service in real time.
  • Provide detailed quotes and ensure rigorous follow-up on orders and quote requests.
  • Ensure precise processing to guarantee an efficient and error-free process.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, offering consultative solutions and personalized service.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy at all times.
  • Actively participate in internal projects as needed.
  • Ensure customer data management.
  • Follow, understand, and apply all procedures related to your role while staying attentive to communications from your managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of stable experience in the same position within the same company, with a strong grasp of administrative tasks and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in the financial sector.
  • Perfect command of English and French.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build long-lasting, consultative relationships.
