Our client in the finance industry is currently looking for a dependable and detail-focused Administrative Associate to join their team. This full-time, in-office position plays a key role in supporting their internal operations and enhancing client service efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and provide general office support
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, including courier coordination
  • Process daily transaction requests from clients and Portfolio Managers
  • Prepare documentation for both new and existing client accounts
  • Follow up on client-related tasks, such as account openings and asset transfers
  • Organize and manage the quarterly and annual distribution of client statements
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Support quarterly reconciliation processes

Requested skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems independently
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position. The role involves frequent collaboration and discussions with clients. These interactions require proficiency in both French and English in order to effectively carry out the responsibilities associated with the position.
