Under the responsibility of the HR Manager, the HR Technician is mainly responsible for the complete execution of payroll and administrative support for various HR functions (Cognibox, HSE, recruitment, VISA, training, etc.). She ensures the rigorous application of HR processes and acts as an internal point of contact for administrative payroll-related questions.

Profile
Technical Skills
DEC or BAC in administration, human resources, or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
Good knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Nethris) and HR platforms.
Functional knowledge of Cognibox and HSE requirements (an asset).
Behavioral Skills
Attention to detail, discretion, and autonomy.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills and internal customer service.
