The Customer Success and Sales Representative has the following main responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Respond to incoming requests, resolve issues promptly, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. Customer Success: Support assigned clients in achieving their goals, ensure post-sale follow-up, propose optimizations.

3. Sales: Identify improvement opportunities for the client, present products and services while adapting to the client's needs.

4. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with product, technical, and logistics teams to address challenges and enhance the customer experience.

5. Administrative Follow-up: Keep CRMs up to date, document customer interactions, produce client/sales performance reports.

Requested skills

Position Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field;

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service or sales) in the industrial sector;

  • Experience in an industrial-technological environment is an asset;

  • Spoken and written languages: French and English. This position requires proficiency in English due to regular interactions with English-speaking international partners. English enables providing quality service, drafting precise documents, and collaborating effectively;

  • Available for occasional travel.

  • Prospecting and proactive sales ability, computer literacy;
