Your Mission

You will play a key role in our supply chain, ensuring that every part, piece of equipment, and product is in the right place at the right time. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will directly contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Lead Purchasing Activities
    Select and procure consumable materials while optimizing costs and lead times.

  2. Coordinate Logistics Operations
    Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, ensuring flawless traceability.

  3. Ensure Inventory Accuracy
    Implement and maintain efficient inventory management processes, including cycle counts and annual inventories.

  4. Optimize Operational Flows
    Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to streamline operations and reduce waste.

  5. Drive Continuous Improvement
    Identify improvement opportunities (cost reduction, automation, carrier management) and propose concrete solutions.

  6. Act as the Primary Point of Contact
    Manage relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure seamless logistics operations.

  7. Contribute to Our Culture of Excellence
    Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and promote our core values: sustainability, quality, and innovation.

What Success Looks Like Within the First 6 Months
  • You will be fully autonomous with our systems, have implemented optimized logistics processes, and be a key member of the team.
Within the First Year
  • You will have identified significant cost savings, improved inventory management practices, and contributed to key company projects.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has experience in logistics management, procurement, or inventory control (an asset).
  • Is proficient with IT tools, including ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is a strong team player with clear communication skills and a genuine interest in continuous improvement.
