Are you looking to take charge of the market introduction and sales growth of our new line of video screen trailers?
This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on industry knowledge, and a passion for building strong client relationships in the live events space.

Stageline invites you to step into the spotlight and join us as a Business Development Executive - LED Screen Trailers.

For over 35 years, we have embodied innovation, quality, and durability in the world of live entertainment. Our stages, which light up major international events such as Osheaga, the Quebec City Summer Festival, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, also inspire local communities during festivals and neighborhood events, leaving a lasting impact for generations to come.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities across live events, cities and municipalities, tours, festivals, sports, and corporate events.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for the trailer screen product line, including pricing, positioning, and channel development.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and manage relationships with production companies, AV rental businesses, cities and municipalities, tour promoters, and event organizers.
  4. Lead Generation: Actively research and pursue new contacts through networking, trade shows, referrals, and digital prospecting.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with Stageline’s engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure product-market fit and an optimal client experience.
  6. Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed on trends and competitor activity in the mobile video production space to guide product development and positioning.
  7. Revenue Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of Stageline’s new product division.

What success looks like:

Within the first 6 months:
  • You have familiarized yourself with the company’s products and services, your work environment, and key stakeholders who can support your role.
  • You have mastered the tools and processes related to the production and sales of screen trailers.
  • You are familiar with the opportunity pipeline and have already reached out to several prospects.
  • You have delivered an initial report mapping sales and rental opportunities in the North American screen trailer market.
  • You have acquired the technical knowledge required to advise clients and prospects on their needs.

Within the first year:
  • You are recognized as a reliable, organized, and proactive professional by both colleagues and clients.
  • You actively participate in promoting the screen trailer product line and attend various trade shows.
  • You establish new campaigns to promote the product line with support from the marketing team.
  • You have gained new clients and increased market penetration in targeted areas identified in your first 6-month report.

You are the person we are looking for if:
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in the production industry, with a strong network and solid understanding of event technologies and the mobile stage market.
  • You have a proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally within event production, audiovisual solutions, or mobile stages.
  • You are proficient in video display technologies (LED walls, video systems) and their application in live events. Your communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills set you apart.
  • You have a strategic mindset and can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • You are available to travel to meet clients, conduct site visits, and attend industry events.
