Stageline invites you to step into the spotlight and join us as an Account Executive - After Sales Service.
For over 35 years, we have embodied innovation, quality, and sustainability in the entertainment industry. Our stages, which light up internationally renowned events such as Osheaga, Piknic Électronik, and the Montreal International Jazz Festival, also inspire local communities during festivals and neighborhood celebrations, leaving a lasting impact for generations to come.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales service activities while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction;
- Respond promptly to requests and resolve issues professionally;
- Plan and coordinate deliveries and shipments to clients;
- Prepare and provide cost estimates for after-sales services;
- Promote our preventive maintenance and inspection services;
- Handle billing and follow-up on after-sales accounts receivable;
- Produce and submit reports and documentation following inspections or training;
- Gather customer feedback, document issues, and communicate with relevant departments;
- Support after-sales repair projects and act as a resource person;
- Occasionally respond to customer emergencies (evenings and weekends);
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
What success looks like:
Within the first 6 months:
- You master Stageline’s tools, processes, and products relevant to your role;
- You build strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in the after-sales service processes;
- You understand the logistics behind delivering a new stage and training activities.
Within the first year:
- You establish a relationship of trust with clients and effectively meet their needs;
- You are recognized as reliable, organized, and proactive by both colleagues and clients;
- You are able to propose improvements to internal departmental processes.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly organized;
- You are versatile, adaptable, and able to handle stress;
- You are solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English);
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, along with a collaborative team spirit.
