We are looking for an organized and proactive person to join our maintenance team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of parts and consumables essential to production, while optimizing costs and meeting our quality standards.


With your foresight and negotiating skills, you will ensure smooth operations and contribute directly to the company's performance. This position will allow you to play a strategic role in the reliability of our equipment and the continuous improvement of our processes.


Your challenge? Transform inventory management into a lever for efficiency and innovation, so that every part is there at the right time, at the right cost.


In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Consume and record item outputs in the CMMS (Guide Ti) to ensure traceability.
  • Keep the warehouse tidy, clean, and organized, with optimal storage of parts.
  • Place orders via CMMS and ERP (Guide Ti and NAV) for maintenance parts, consumables, and PPE.
  • Monitor stock levels and anticipate needs to avoid shortages
  • Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions to reduce procurement costs
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers if necessary
  • Receive goods, check compliance (quantity, quality, condition), and record in the systems
  • Comply with internal procedures and safety standards
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of procurement and inventory management processes

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • Proficiency in IT tools, primarily the Office suite
  • Autonomy, versatility
  • Priority management
  • Negotiation and business skills
  • Organizational skills, rigor
  • Functional English to communicate with suppliers
  • Driver's license
  • Knowledge of maintenance materials
  • Knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Skills in negotiating with suppliers.
  • Use of computer tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
