In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in the diagnosis, resolution, and documentation of incidents related to servers, networks, cybersecurity, and internal applications
  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and updating of network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, industrial Wi-Fi)
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT infrastructure projects (modernization, cybersecurity, systems integration)
  • Collaborate with production teams to support connected industrial systems (OT/IT)
  • Perform installation and maintenance work on software, utilities, workstations, operating systems, peripherals, and other equipment
  • Respond to service requests (telephone or computer) by investigating, executing the appropriate procedures, diagnosing, and applying the required solution
  • Update user profiles and their network and application access rights

Job requirements

  • Degree in computer science or related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in technical support or IT infrastructure
