In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Support production by resolving equipment failures and preventing their recurrence
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize processes, reduce costs and improve safety
  • Lead optimization workshops and apply Lean methodologies
  • Collaborate with supervision to follow up on improvement projects
  • Analyze malfunctions and develop sustainable action plans
  • Promote the use of performance indicators to measure results
  • Share and adapt best practices across operations

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • BAC in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a similar position
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven creativity and strategic vision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
