In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting the values of the Soucy Group
  • Manage the entire employee recruitment, integration, and retention cycle
  • Implement HR policies (compensation, benefits, labor relations)
  • Advise managers on team management and conflict resolution
  • Manage labor relations activities
  • Oversee training and skills development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
  • Manage internal communications and activities with employees and management

Occupational health and safety:

  • Support managers in applying OHS rules and policies.
  • Participate in identifying risks and monitoring corrective measures.
  • Contribute to updating OHS programs and procedures.
  • Coordinate or lead certain training sessions (orientation, reminders, best practices).
  • Support the documentation of accident investigations and CNESST follow-ups
  • Conduct field monitoring to identify deviations and support managers in their actions
  • Contribute to the work of the OHS committee and the follow-up of action plans

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations OR relevant and equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, open-minded, and dynamic
  • Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
