As part of our track system development team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the success of new product development projects.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Be accountable for the technical results, budgets, and timelines of the projects entrusted to you
- Supervise the design of new track assemblies
- Define the project's objectives, scope, and use cases with the customer
- Lead a team of engineers and designers
- Work closely with other departments (purchasing, validation, manufacturing engineering, etc.) to ensure the overall success of the project

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 3 to 5 years of engineering experience, ideally with a management or coordination component
- Solid experience in mechanical product and system design
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our customers
