What You Will Do

Bring customer and market insight into SOTI
  • Engage directly with customers, partners and field teams to understand buyer motivations, adoption drivers and friction points across the customer journey.
  • Gather and synthesize market signals from third-party sources including analyst research, industry trends, press and peer communities to inform positioning and go-to-market decisions.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring to understand shifts in messaging, differentiation, and buying criteria, and provide recommendations on how SOTI should respond.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable guidance that informs product and go-to-market decisions (e.g., buyer journey insights, key objections, value drivers, and adoption barriers).
Direct Product go-to-market strategy
  • Define go-to-market plans including target customers, market posture, channels and adoption paths.
  • Guide sequencing and timing of market-facing activities based on product readiness, market dynamics and external signals.
  • Shape product adoption strategies across direct, partner and product-led motions based on how customers discover, buy, activate and expand usage.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to align packaging, pricing, positioning and execution around a consistent go-to-market strategy.
Shape how the market understands SOTI ONE

  • Craft clear, outcome-driven messaging that resonates with customer decision-makers.
  • Build and deliver compelling product narratives through strong written content and executive-level presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure positioning and messaging are consistently reinforced across key touchpoints including sales presentations, demos, web content, corporate events and partner materials.
Enable others to tell the SOTI ONE Platform story
  • Equip Sales, Sales Engineering and SOTI partners with the positioning context, proof points and guidance needed to advocate credibly in customer and partner conversations.
  • Develop scalable enablement resources such as pitch narratives, FAQs, competitive context, talk tracks and demo guidance that reduce friction to telling the story accurately.
  • Support customer and partner advocacy by highlighting real outcomes and enabling reference-ready stories that strengthen trust in the market.
  • Reinforce authentic and consistent representation of product value across touchpoints to ensure expectations match real product experience and support long-term adoption.
