Job description:

The Corporate Controller will work closely with the VP Finance and will have a strategic role in leading the accounting operations of the 4 divisions and in the continuous improvement of internal processes to facilitate the company's strong growth. .



Responsibilities :

Plan, organize and direct all operational functions related to accounting for the 4 divisions.
Oversee monthly divisional closings and consolidate financial information at corporate level.
Contribute to improved reporting to facilitate analysis of divisional and consolidated operations.
Analyze financial reports and interpret ratios and budget variances.
Develop annual financial budgets in collaboration with the management team.
Improve entity costing process and take responsibility for updates.
Supervise cash management.
Prepare year-end file for external auditors and manage annual audit.
Monitor compliance with internal controls and internal policies, and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Profile required:

Qualified CPA with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Motivated by non-routine work.
Autonomous, structured, logical, with a strong sense of rigor.
Bilingual (French-English).
Available to travel to our various divisions.
Possibility of teleworking two days a week.
