Your Job:
- Provide solutions and advice on all aspects of wealth management for high-net-worth clients and their families.
- Offer financial expertise and the necessary framework to help current generations grow their wealth for the benefit of future generations and, in many cases, charitable organizations.
- Identify and develop business opportunities across all of the Bank’s services and products, and expand the high-end individual client market.
- Build trusting relationships with clients.
- Structure complex credit requests.
- Interpret financial data using sophisticated analysis and submit credit and loan renewal applications.
- Manage a credit portfolio while strictly applying the Bank’s risk management standards.
- Help the Bank grow its portfolio share and increase profitability by providing clients with banking solutions tailored to their profile and goals.
- Rigorously apply processes and procedures to properly analyze client needs and develop an integrated and profitable financial strategy with them.
- Build client relationships based on trust.
- Guide clients accurately to achieve their financial planning goals.
- Be responsible for the sustainability of client relationships and ensure the profitability of their portfolios.
- Manage the client journey map in collaboration with the Investment Advisor, in alignment with the client profile
- Involve appropriate specialists and stakeholders in the relationship when needed to adequately meet client needs

As part of the 1859 Corporate & Private Banking sector, you will report to the Vice President, 1859 Private Banking of Montreal region. Our team stands out for its industry and market expertise.
Prerequisite:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (10) years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of banking products and services in both personal and commercial banking.
- Exceptional customer service, sales, business development, and negotiations experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

- Leadership abilities, autonomy, perseverance, teamwork.
- Ability to analyze, write and communicate in both English and French.
