Permanent, Salaried Position – North Shore of Montreal and Surrounding Areas

Join our small, dynamic team and contribute to the installation of high-end sunrooms and custom glass structures that enhance homes across the Montreal area.
Your Role:
• Install sunrooms, glass enclosures, and aluminum structures according to plans and quality standards.
• Perform on-site adjustments and finishing work.
• Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness on installation sites.
• Collaborate with teammates while demonstrating initiative and independence.
What We’re Looking For:
• DEP in glass products, carpentry, or a related trade — or 2 to 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience installing doors, windows, glass enclosures, or sunrooms (major asset).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Good physical condition (able to lift 15–60 lb).
• Reliability, professionalism, and adaptability on job sites.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with light framing, aluminum work, caulking, or exterior carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license and a positive attitude.
