We’re looking for passionate new talents in millwork, design, and architecture to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the conductor ensuring seamless coordination between clients, designers, and the workshop.
Your role will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee every stage of each project — from the very first contact to the final installation.
You’ll be the guardian of quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

-Support and guide clients throughout their projects
-Plan and coordinate project activities
-Collaborate closely with designers, cabinetmakers, and installers
-Monitor project progress on-site and in the workshop
-Contribute to improving work methods and processes
-Synthesize and communicate requests from clients, designers, and architects

Your profile:

-Relevant experience in project management (ideally in millwork, woodworking, or construction)
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Knowledge of materials is an asset
-Excellent communication skills
-Natural leadership, diplomacy, and foresight
-Strong attention to detail
-Proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Web-Cab, or Microsoft Teams — an asset
