Our Expectations:Reporting to the Manager, Store Performance Analysis - Dealer Support, the Senior Store Performance Analyst will play a key role by contributing to projects related to performance analysis, profitability optimization, and strategic decision-making support for the dealers network.
The person will work closely with the Merchandising and Operations teams within the Dealers Division, as well as with Corporate teams of Supply chain, Transportation, and Distribution Center Operations.
This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong synthesis skills, and a deep understanding of financial and operational levers that directly impact the performance of affiliated stores.
The Role :· Contribute to the development of various analytical tools to support Category Managers in optimizing their commercial decisions
· Participate in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and analytical tools for the Store Projects team
· Collaborate with various specialists to compile, structure, and analyze required data
· Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders
· Work closely with stakeholders from Supply chain, Transportation, and Distribution Center Operations to optimize in-store distribution
· Perform ad hoc analyses as required by the team
· Represent the department and, as needed, replace the Manager, Store Performance Analysis on various project committees
The Qualifications we're looking for :
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in performance analysis, business analytics, or finance
· Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Power Query
· Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
· Strong sense of accountability with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
· Bilingual (French & English), spoken and written
· Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial, solution-driven mindset
