Responsabilités :
* Recrutement de Personnel Syndiqué :
* Publier des offres d'emploi sur divers canaux et plateformes.
* Sélectionner et évaluer les candidatures reçues.
* Conduire des entretiens téléphoniques et en personne.
* Collaborer avec le Directeur de production pour définir les besoins en personnel.
* Maintenir une base de données de candidats potentiels.
* Participer à des salons de l'emploi et à des événements de recrutement.
* Planifier et assurer l’accueil et l’intégration du personnel.
* Coordination de la Formation :
* Planifier et organiser des programmes de formation pour les employés.
* Collaborer avec les formateurs pour coordonner les sessions de formation.
* Assurer la liaison avec les prestataires de formation externes.
* Suivre et évaluer l'efficacité des programmes de formation.
* Maintenir des dossiers de formation et assurer le suivi des certifications.
* Participer à la conception et au développement des programmes de formation internes et externes.
