Technical Product Manager to support client in PropTech/Saas Industry

Location: Toronto, ON

Hybrid: 1 day in office a week

• Own and drive multiple feature initiatives simultaneously, from discovery through release
• Gather requirements and translate them into clear, detailed product specs and documentation
• Manage tasks, priorities, and timelines across a fast‑moving, lean product team
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design on scope, trade‑offs, and execution
• Stay tightly aligned with another Product Manager to ensure consistency and shared direction
• Act as a hands‑on Individual Contributor-deeply involved in the details, not just strategy
• Maintain deep product knowledge and clearly articulate how features work and why they exist
• Report progress, risks, and outcomes directly to executive leadership
• Ensure feature releases ship on time and meet quality expectations

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong technical foundation; engineering or computer science background required
• Proven experience with requirement gathering and detailed spec build‑out
• Ability to manage multiple features and priorities at the same time
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high‑expectation, fast‑moving environment
• Strong communication skills-clear, direct, and confident with engineers and leadership
• Sufficient technical depth to understand code, architecture, and engineering trade‑offs
• Balanced mindset: people‑first collaborator who is also analytical and execution‑focused
• Comfortable reporting directly to senior leadership

• Experience in PropTech, compliance, vendor management, or adjacent industries
• Familiarity with commercial property, compliance, or vendor management platforms
• Genuine interest in AI and how it can be applied to improve product workflows
• Experience working across both feature‑focused and horizontal/platform initiatives
• Background in late‑stage startups or scaling SaaS companies
• Strong academic technical foundation (e.g., Computer Science degree)
