Location: Mississauga/Toronto (Hybrid - 1-2 days/week onsite)
Contract Length: 6 months + extension
Hours: 40/Week
We are looking for Technical Business Systems Analysts with strong domain expertise to join a growing digital team. This role supports requirements gathering, systems analysis, and cross-team coordination across insurance space.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate across multiple agile teams
- Work closely within complex insurance and financial systems environments.
- Provide end-to-end support through development, testing, and production implementation.
- Assist in influencing and aligning stakeholders across diverse teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years as a Technical BSA.
- Experience in the insurance domain
- Strong understanding of system workflows, integrations, and backend processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work deeply within system teams.
- Ability to support technical discussions and troubleshoot with developers.
