Contract Length: 6 months + extension

Hours: 40/Week


About the Role

We are looking for Technical Business Systems Analysts with strong domain expertise to join a growing digital team. This role supports requirements gathering, systems analysis, and cross-team coordination across insurance space.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate across multiple agile teams
  • Work closely within complex insurance and financial systems environments.
  • Provide end-to-end support through development, testing, and production implementation.
  • Assist in influencing and aligning stakeholders across diverse teams.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years as a Technical BSA.
  • Experience in the insurance domain
  • Strong understanding of system workflows, integrations, and backend processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to work deeply within system teams.
  • Ability to support technical discussions and troubleshoot with developers.
