Technical Analyst to lead the designs, implement and optimizes the Electronic Content Management (ECM) strategy with SharePoint

Our valued public sector client is looking to hire a Lead Technical Analyst, Information Resource Management, designs and implements content management strategies and technical solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the analyst leverages ECM and SharePoint Online to meet business needs, while optimizing data storage, retrieval, and security to improve operational efficiency

Tasks:

• Lead the development of enterprise content management approaches, including document and records management, and workflow optimization.
• Oversee the implementation, governance, optimization, and integration of SharePoint Online to support collaboration and data storage.
• Create and maintain systems for effective data storage, retrieval, reporting, and ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather information and translate business needs into functional information management solutions.
• Monitor data standards, support system troubleshooting, integrate new data sources, and document technical processes
• Support users with training, promote best practices, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders while managing quality and risk.

Must have:

• SharePoint Online - 5+ years
• Integration with Microsoft 365
• Experience with ECM
• Degree/diploma in IT, business, or related field

Nice-To-Haves:

• Knowledge of information management frameworks and methodologies such as Data Management Association (DAMA) and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
• Proficiency in database management systems - Structured Query Language (SQL), Oracle and MySQL
