Sr. Scrum Master

Our Tier-1 banking client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders and the development team. Additionally, this role will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation to support data processes and team workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews).
• Coach the team on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Remove blockers and ensure efficient team operations.
• Maintain and improve documentation related to data ingestion, acquisition, and sourcing processes.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and key Agile metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with most of the following Agile related Software Applications & Certifications:
• Microsoft applications (MS Projects, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS, Word), JIRA, ServiceNow, SQL, Scrum, Kanban, SCRUMBAN, Jenkins, Confluence, Azure DevOps (ADO), CSM Certified, SAF3 4 Certified, Planview
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
• Experience with Contact Centre Technology and/or and CCaaS strongly preferred
• Experience in the Financial & Technology Industry and more specifically cloud migration experience
