Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (10+ years) to lead complex cybersecurity delivery within a federally regulated banking environment

Duration: 12 months

Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid [2 days a week in office not currently set]

Working hours: 8-5

Must Haves

• 7+ years of end-to-end project delivery across cybersecurity, AI, and regulated financial environments
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives
• High-level understanding of system architecture, SDLC, and integration processes
• Strong financial discipline and control of scope, budget, and schedule
• Degree or diploma in a relevant technical or business field

• Strong negotiation capability

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project workstreams with clear timelines and milestones
• Identify and manage risks, escalating issues with mitigation options
• Track and forecast project budgets while maintaining scope discipline
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on priorities
• Communicate complex technical and AI concepts in a simplified, actionable manner
• Adapt quickly to changing directions based on findings and evolving business needs
