Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Marketing Research professional to provide expert consulting services to support a marketing research and customer insights program


Tasks include:

  • Support requirements in the Customer Experience Centre of Excellence (CX COE), including oversight and delivery support for flagship studies
  • Help operationalize and improve research workflows, ensure timely delivery of insights, and develop compelling ways to socialize research findings with internal stakeholders
  • Apply a strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, along with demonstrated experience in survey operations and insights storytelling
  • Support survey design, programming (Qualtrics), fielding, and reporting across multiple research streams.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights that align with business priorities.
  • Deliver clear, engaging insight communications and presentations to internal teams, including executive audiences.
  • Analyzing primary and secondary marketing research to inform business strategies
  • Support quality assurance workflows and peer review to ensure high quality outputs.
  • Work closely with other researchers in the CX Insights Pod to identify trends and surface opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts of research workflows, tools, templates, and documentation


Must have:

  • Reliability clearance
  • The ideal resource will bring significant marketing research experience (client or supplier side), with a strategic mindset and strong ability to synthesize research into meaningful narratives that inform decision-making at multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong background in marketing research, with minimum 5 years’ experience in insights-driven roles (client or supplier side)
  • Proficient in quantitative analysis (SPSS, Excel)
  • Deep knowledge of survey design best practices


Nice to have:

  • Ability to develop and implement customer and market-facing research programs
  • Proven experience with insight storytelling, data visualization, and presenting to diverse audiences
  • Understanding of firmographics, trade/economic research, or international markets is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of Qualtrics Experience Measurement Platform is an asset
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an asset
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
