Sr. Google Cloud Developer to review and develop AI agents and data solutions on the Google platform

Our client is looking for a Sr. Google Cloud Developer to review and develop AI agents and data solutions on the Google platform.

This is a remote position that will require a background check.

Tasks include:

• Develop AI agents on the google platform, and review code for existing agents
• Support the implementation of Gemini Enterprise
• Use AI tools to augment coding
• Common tools in use will be Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Python, etc.
• Develop and implement strategies for data ingestion, integration, transformation, and storage
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across IT, data science, and business teams to gather requirements and ensure the platform meets all needs.
• Establish best practices for data governance, security, and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting for the data platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure scalability, performance optimization, and cost-efficiency in the cloud environment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal teams throughout the migration and beyond.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture, cloud computing, and big data solutions

Must have:

• Meet requirements for an internal background check
• 3+ years experience in Data Architecture with expertise in cloud data platforms
• Prior experience developing AI agents in the Google platform
• Experience with Google BigQuery and Google data tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in data engineering environments
• Relevant GCP Professional certifications (such as: Cloud Architect, Cloud Database Engineer, Cloud Developer, Data Engineer)
