Our valued client is looking for a Sr. AI Adoption Lead to champion and drive the adoption of artificial intelligence across the organization.

Tasks include:

• Play a pivotal role in cultivating AI awareness and literacy, leading change management, and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders
• Apply communication skills, strategic mindset, and passion for innovation to guide the organization through the evolving landscape of AI technologies, ensuring successful adoption of AI tolls and practices
• Champion AI Adoption
• Act as the primary advocate for AI initiatives, driving awareness and enthusiasm across the organization
• Promote AI Awareness and Literacy
• Provide foundational knowledge of AI technologies, including opportunities, risks, use cases, and prompt engineering to empower teams without requiring deep technical expertise
• Lead tool rollout
• Oversee the introduction and integration of approved AI tools into workflows, ensuring smooth adoption
• Track adoption metrics
• Monitor usage, engagement, and performance indicators, and report progress to leadership regularly
• Develop improved strategies
• Identify barriers to adoption and design targeted plans to increase uptake and user confidence
• Lead Change Management initiatives
• Cultivate AI literacy at all levels, address change fatigue, and foster trust through open communication
• Facilitate collaboration across divisions
• Bridge technical teams and business units by translating AI concepts into clear language, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment and engagement
• Shape future roadmap
• Use insights from adoption trends to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvements

Duration: 1 year+ potential conversation into permanent role

Work mode: 1 day a week onsite

Must have:

• Eligible for reliability clearance
• Experience leading/guiding the adoption of AI tools and technologies

Nice to have:

• Experience facilitating technology projects in a Microsoft environment (eg: Azure, 365, Copilot, etc.)
