Sr CRM Tester (Salesforce) for Defence-based Case Management Initiatives

On behalf of our Defence-based Government of Canada client, S.i. Systems is searching for a Secret Cleared Senior CRM Salesforce Tester to support quality assurance and testing for enterprise Salesforce applications within the Department of National Defence (DND) and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).

This role will contribute to the Salesforce platform & initiatives and related Case Management systems and under the initiative to enable low-code and citizen-development platforms under an innovation program.

Located in the National Capital Region, this contract will be performed remotely with some onsite meetings.

Job Tasks:

• Lead development of Salesforce application test plans, test scripts, and test data for DRDC Salesforce projects.
• Participate in functional and technical design reviews, ensuring alignment with business requirements and solution designs.
• Conduct integration, functional, system, and regression testing across multiple Salesforce applications.
• Identify, document, and manage software defects, ensuring traceability through the defect lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to resolve identified issues.
• Participate in test results review meetings and provide recommendations to improve testing efficiency and software quality.
• Apply DevOps and agile testing methodologies using approved tools and frameworks.
