Our client is seeking an Solution Architect (Intermediate-Senior) with strong SaaS and enterprise integration experience to design scalable solutions, with exposure to IT/OT and SCADA environments. (contract to hire)

Important:

• Contract to hire
• 5 days in office in downtown Calgary mandatory

Must have:

• Experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead designing solutions across SaaS and enterprise application environments
• Proven experience designing and supporting system integrations across multiple platforms, including APIs, middleware, and microservices-based architectures
• Proficiency with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure, in the context of solution design and integration
• Experience designing integrations across enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP such as Dynamics 365, SuccessFactors, EAM, GIS) and operational (OT) systems (ie SCADA or other ICS), enabling seamless data flow between IT and OT environments
• Experience evaluating technologies, vendors, and platforms
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs and architecture artifacts
• Strong understanding of architecture principles, including integration, security, scalability, and data design

Nice to have

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications
• Azuare or AWS solution Architect certifications
• Exposure to mobile field solutions, IoT, or real-time data/analytics platforms
• Experience with Agile delivery methodology and DevOPs Practices
• Experience in Oil &Gas, energy, utilities - preferably pipeline operations or midstream
