About the Role

Our client is seeking a Commercial Product Owner to manage and enhance a portfolio of 50+ in-house commercial tools. These tools support financial analysis, risk management, and commercial operations. This role focuses on product sustainment, user engagement, and delivering improvements that drive business impact.

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years Product Owner or Product Management experience, with in-house products
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
• Experience problem-solving and user-focused mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
• Experience with sustaining, improving, or managing multiple products
• Familiarity with dashboards, risk registers, scorecards, or workflow tools

Nice-to-Haves:

• 2-5 years' experience in construction, commercial operations, or risk management
• Exposure to UX/design collaboration
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or change management methodologies
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations or business cases
• Previous work with financial analysis or operational tools
• Knowledge of conditions tracking, workflow approvals, or risk dashboards
