Our client has an immediate opportunity for an Intermediate Product Owner - Commercial Operations, responsible for delivering, maintaining, and improving critical in-house tools across the business.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Commercial Product Owner to manage and enhance a portfolio of 50+ in-house commercial tools. These tools support financial analysis, risk management, and commercial operations. This role focuses on product sustainment, user engagement, and delivering improvements that drive business impact.
Must-Haves:
- 4+ years Product Owner or Product Management experience, with in-house products
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
- Experience problem-solving and user-focused mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
- Experience with sustaining, improving, or managing multiple products
- Familiarity with dashboards, risk registers, scorecards, or workflow tools
Nice-to-Haves:
- 2-5 years' experience in construction, commercial operations, or risk management
- Exposure to UX/design collaboration
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or change management methodologies
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations or business cases
- Previous work with financial analysis or operational tools
- Knowledge of conditions tracking, workflow approvals, or risk dashboards
